Candle Care
How do I get the best burn from my candle?
Allow your candle to reach a full melt pool during the first burn to help prevent tunneling. Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each use.
How long should I burn my candle?
For best results, burn candles for 2–4 hours at a time.
What wax do you use?
Our candles are crafted using a premium soy-blend wax for a clean, luxurious burn.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipment.
Do you offer returns?
Due to the nature of personal care and home fragrance products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
What if my package arrives damaged?
